NOPD Paid Details Item Numbers

This page and information is provided for NOPD Officers who need an item number for an authorized OPSE paid detail.

NOPD Officers who need an item number for an authorized OPSE paid detail can do so in one of three ways:

    1. Online via web browser: Click here for the NOPD Detail Submission web page and fill in all the information fields.
    2. Via Text: Text HELLO to 504-386-3991 and follow the interactive prompts.
    3. Via a phone call with a live person: Dial 504-569-6330, and an OPCD team member will take your request. (Note: This number is answered by OPCD ECS’s when no emergency or non-emergency calls are holding, thus there may be a delay in answering. Please remain on the line until connected.)

Whichever method you utilize (phone, text, or online) please be prepared to provide these pieces of information:

    • Your first and last name
    • Your phone number
    • What agency do you work for?
    • What is your badge number?
    • What is your employee ID number?
    • What is the OPSE Job number?
    • How many officers are working on this detail?
    • What time does the detail start?
    • What time does the detail end?
    • What is the location of the detail?
