Kevin McCathen and Patrina Duplessis have proven themselves as dedicated NOLA-311 team members, demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities and growth while working as NOLA-311 customer service representatives. Under the leadership of Director of NOLA-311 Operations, Erica Mercadel-Hayes, the newly appointed supervisors will provide oversight of 3-1-1 operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of local government and non-emergency services in the city of New Orleans. The supervisors will make certain that each interaction between the public and NOLA-311 customer service representatives meets the high standards of our mission and vision.
