OPCD Welcomes Joe Bridges as CAD Engineer
OPCD is proud to announce the appointment of Joe Bridges to the position of CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) Engineer I. Joe holds a Computer Science degree from Louisiana State University and brings over ten years of IT experience to OPCD.
Prior to joining the OPCD technology department Joe served as the ICT Manager for The New Orleans Council for Community and Justice where he managed all technologies for the agency and oversaw administration of their website and servers.
In his new position as a CAD Engineer I, Joe will be working directly to support the agency’s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, 9-1-1 telephony, as well as network and administrative systems. He will also work to maintain the integrity of the agency’s infrastructure and embody our #SHOWUP principles.
Outside of work Joe enjoys spending time with his family, working on his 2012 CRV Honda, and writing black lead YA novels.
