OPCD Welcomes Meaghan Clark as Public Engagement Manager
OPCD is proud to announce the appointment of Meaghan Clark to the position of Public Engagement Manager. Meaghan has a wealth of experience in public engagement as it relates to social media, digital strategy, client management, and branding. We are overjoyed to have her on board.
Prior to her recent start as OPCD Public Engagement Manager, Meaghan was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Con-TECH where she led strategic marketing and communications initiatives, along with leading day-to-day operations.
Meaghan has ample experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies, for clients ranging from the medical field to higher education to locally based clients with small businesses. Meaghan has a track record for anticipating workplace needs and possesses a high level of initiative to act in ways that result in efficient workflow and optimization.
As the Public Engagement Manager for OPCD, Meaghan is responsible for integrating the agency’s communications and public relations programs and initiatives into a cohesive effort that conveys a consistent message in support of the agency’s mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
Outside of her role as the Public Engagement Manager, Meaghan enjoys a variety of activities and hobbies and is very involved in the community at large. She is the Co-Vice President of the NOLA Project, which brings bold and imaginative theater to the residents of New Orleans, and enjoys attending plays. She is a Zumba instructor, and a dog mom to two pups named Sassy and Milly among many other things.
