FCC Announces Deadlines
For Businesses Communications with 9-1-1
The Federal Communications Commission has announced the deadlines for businesses and organizations across the the country to become compliant with regulations relating to Kari’s Law and the Ray BAUM’s Act. The first of these deadlines is January 6, 2020. OPCD wants all local businesses and organizations that may be impacted by this federal deadline to have every opportunity to become compliant before the deadline, when the FCC will begin enforcing these regulations with hefty fines.
