OPCD Executive Director Announces Promotion of Neliska Calloway-Hewitt
It is with great pleasure that OPCD announces the promotion of Neliska Calloway-Hewitt to Assistant Operations Manager. Neliska has been an asset to the OPCD team since 2007.
Neliska started her career at OPCD as a Senior Police Dispatcher and her commitment to OPCD standards and protocol have allowed her to rise through the ranks to her current role.
