OPCD Executive Director Announces the Appointment of Ryan Warner 

It is with great pleasure that OPCD announces the appointment of Ryan Warner to Chief of Staff. Mr. Warner has a wealth of executive leadership experience in the public safety field, with a track record of decreasing crime rates and increasing the well-being of New Orleans residents.  

Mr. Warner is highly educated in the public safety field and is knowledgeable in applicable Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, and departmental rules and regulations. Mr. Warner’s ability to #SHOWUP for the residents of New Orleans is honorable and we are enthused to welcome you to the OPCD family and see how you #SHOWUP in your new role.
