Appointed to OPCD Finance Manager
It is with great pride that Orleans Parish Communication District announces the appointment of
Vanessa Caliste-Swafford to OPCD Finance Manager.
Vanessa brings more than 20 years of experience in a diverse range of accounting and finance disciplines which include serving as the Senior Accountant for the Orleans Parish School Board, the Finance Director at the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court, the Legal Budget and Finance Manager at the City Attorney’s Office and more.
As the Finance Manger, Vanessa will manage important financial functions of the agency, produce financial reports, create strategies and plans for the agency’s long-term financial goals and more.
